DESIGN STORY

These new construction projects were complete specification packages including everything from the exterior and interior finishes to the lighting, plumbing and hardware selections. While our budgets were challengingly builder-grade, I enjoyed the design freedom we were given on. I gained valuable product knowledge and helped to streamline the selection process. It was during these projects that I began to understand my desire to simplify the way builders finish out a house, without having to rely on the same design time after time. Who wants to live in a house that looks exactly like their neighbors?
