The existing laundry room and pantry spaces were combined to create one large laundry room packed full of custom design features including built in dog kennels with pull out food bowls and pull out drying racks below the elevated front load washer and dryer. A large single basin apron sink was included for washing the client's dogs, and a large folding counter with hanging space above simplify the laundry workflow. The cabinets were painted a light dusty blue and accented with brushed brass fixtures for a fresh look.
A peek through office space that was acting as a drop zone and dog kennel room was converted into a custom walk in pantry and bar space. The pantry was painted rich navy and stained walnut accents for the pull out storage baskets, built in spice rack and wine rack.
Not pictured, a deep storage cabinet replaced a dysfunctional drop zone bench adjacent to the garage access door for extra paper towels, drinks, and supplies.
