This new construction project was a complete specification package including everything from the exterior finishes to the lighting, plumbing and hardware selections. I managed the selection and procurement for the finishes and fixtures. The large kitchen island has an integrated butcher block countertop by the sink for easy prep. The powder bath features a Kohler pedestal sink in Cashmere, which compliments the colors in the geometric concrete tile, and the oval pivot mirror. The freestanding master bathroom tub is surrounded by a brushed vein cut Zebrano marble.
